Delay XWXVCV Nael's Extended VB + Nel update

i've been busy since early this month...
well lots of stuff i should re-plan it, prepare, learn, & make
that's why ain't have any time for recording Orz

so instead of that, next year will be Nel's update!!
with extra phoneme + multipitch!!!
maybe it'll take me 2 years for finishing her... looking for my reclist tho...
