Nel XWXVCV Voicebank Announcement

My reclist, which is XWXVCV version, is done 16th April 2019 & now i'm making Nel's VB
To my surprise, i didn't expect Nel will sounds a bit like Nael but with different tone, accent, & a bit high pitched than Nael.

It'll quite different from Nael's XWXVCV VB. Nel's will be lighter in size compared to Nael. i'll expect her to be under 110 MB.
I can't promise when will she done ofc.
